Who We Are

Smoothie Operator is a local family owned and operated business. Located in Bismarck, North Dakota, we have been serving the capital city since 2006.  We offer delicious homemade food including vegetarian, vegan, organic, gluten free, dairy free, and conventional menu options in a cozy atmosphere.
